Colorado Springs In-Person Community Canvass
Canvass with us to defend transgender Coloradans and their families! Join One Colorado and Families Not Politics for a community canvass and help us build the people power needed to advance LGBTQ+ equality across Colorado. During this canvass, we'll be having in-depth conversations with Colorado voters about the two anti-transgender ballot initiatives voters will be deciding on this November. Our goal is to change hearts, humanize our transgender community, and encourage people to vote no on these measures this November. Whether you're an experienced canvasser or brand new to organizing, we'll provide all the training and materials you need to feel confident and successful. Having in-person conversations with our neighbors is the foundation of every successful political movement. By helping us connect with Colorado voters, you'll play a direct role in growing our community, strengthening our organizing efforts, and ensuring we have the people power needed to advocate for LGBTQIA+ Coloradans and their families. We'll begin with a training and overview before heading out in teams. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, and come ready to have meaningful conversations with your neighbors. Light refreshments will be provided! Together, we can build a stronger, more connected movement for equality. We hope to see you there!
