Press Conference: Opposing Amendment 82
Press conference hosted by No Pollution in the Constitution, the campaign opposing Amendment 82. Doctors, legal experts and advocates will detail the health, environmental and legal consequences if the measure passes. Speakers are available for interviews afterwards. Speakers include Dr. Sara Carpenter, retired paediatrician and Executive Director of Healthy Air and Water Colorado; Dr. K.K. DuVivier, John A. Carver Jr. Chair in Natural Resources Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law; and Jenny Gaeng of Conservation Colorado, with more to be announced.
